GROUP LAUDED SUPREME COURT OVER ZAMFARA STATE... Charges for peace - Shima

The recent judgement by the supreme Court over the last elections in Zamfara state has been described as  independent of the judiciary and victory for  all, irrespective of party affiliation.



In a statement signed by the national coordinator of the  PDP LOYAL GROUP100%  Hon. Dennis Shima  to Congratulates Zamfara State Governor, Deputy Governor, National and State Lawmakers elect;  describes PDP victory in Zamfara State as a clarion call for internal justice, democracy and fairness in all political parties in Nigeria.

The group which is of PDP and for PDP at all levels across Nigeria and in the diaspora above individual interest in PDP congratulates all winners of 2019 general elections under the platform of PDP at all levels across Nigeria especially those from Zamfara State of Nigeria, saying justice shall prevail.


The statement further reads "We equally describe the PDP victory in Zamfara state as a clarion call for internal justice, Democracy and fairness to all and sundry within all political parties across board in Nigeria for sustainability of our   hard earned Democracy in Nigeria"


"We have no alternative to democratic system of government in Nigeria and the need to uphold rule of law in Nigeria for sustainable democracy should not be underestimated by well meaning Nigerians and  lovers of democracy as demonstrated by Senator Kabiru Marafa of APC among others who stood firm and loyal to democracy while  testifying against their own political party (APC) for unlawful fielding of candidates for 2019 general elections in Zamfara state".



The group posits that the commendable action of  Senator Kabiru Mafara and all who stood firm with him against APC incumbent Governor, Alh. Yari of Zamfara State and his cohorts who stood firm to defend  lawlessness by claiming to be candidates of a political party (APC)  which  failed to conduct Primaries to nominate governorship, senatorial, federal constituency, and state Lawmakers Candidates for 2019 general elections in Zamfara State as instructed by INEC.


Noting that for Governor Yari of Zamfara State who is the outgoing Governor and his cohorts who defended lawlessness up to Supreme like one Senator Sheriff once did in recent past but fail is a justification that APC is a political party that is made-up of lawless and manipulative ambassadors like Governor Yari among others who believe in undemocratic process of governance of both political parties and states across board in the country.


The PDP LOYAL GROUP100% therefore call on PDP Governor, Deputy Governor and Lawmakers elect in Zamfara State to justify the confidence reposed in them by the people and consider inclusive government of Zamfara State despite political difference in order to harness both human and natural resources Zamfara State is endowed with.



Calling on  Governor Bello Matawalle and his democratic PDP rescue team in Zamfara state to consider Senator Marafa of APC and his team as critical stakeholders of democracy and lovers of justice and fairness who should be partners in progress for sustainable Democracy in Zamfara State and Nigeria at large.


The group was however
optimistic that critical stakeholders in the judiciary and INEC will uphold justice and rule of law regarding Presidential suit against against President Buhari, APC, and INEC which is  under hearing currently at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal against all manipulative tendencies from some APC leaders like Governor Yariof Zamafara state.


While  sympathising with all victims of herdsmen, cattle rustling,  banditry, kidnappings and Boko  Haram acts among others across Nigeria under the watch President Buhari and the likes of Governor Yari, described the actions as been in-human.



The  untiring efforts and  fight against insecurity across the country by  Security operatives was appreciated, while calling on Security agencies to intensify more efforts and fight against insecurity , noting that as stakeholders in security matters and citizens, the roles of security personnel as trained and armed security operatives remains evergreen above civilians in the course of protecting lives and property of Nigerians and foreigners in the country.



The group was however optimistic that His Excellency, Alh. Atiku Abubakar GCON, 2019 PDP Presidential Nominee won 2019 Presidential election but his Presidential Victory was robbed by INEC umpire under the watch of some compromised INEC staff and security officers including Prof Mahmoud Yakubu(INEC Boss) among others  against the will of millions of Nigerians across board who voted him(ATIKU/OBI PRESIDENCY) during 2019 Presidential election hoping that he (ATIKU) will be returned winner of 2019 Presidential election by 2019 Presidential Election Petition Tribunal and Supreme court as the case may be against all manipulative tendencies in the huge interest of Nigerians.



While calling on all loyal and advocacy group in PDP which campaigned and voted for all PDP candidates before, during and after 2019 general elections,  and all  stakeholders of PDP LOYAL GROUP100% across Nigeria to remain loyal to all PDP legitimate authorities across board.



Urging that as the governorship elections for Bayelsa and Kogi States of Nigeria approaches, for all members of PDP LOYAL GROUP100% in those states to remain focused and purposeful in working hand in hand with all PDP mainstream leaders to ensure peaceful conduct of PDP Primaries in those states and support all PDP Candidates before, during and after 2019 governorship elections slated to hold on 16th November, 2019.



Adding that the People's Democratic Party (PDP) will continue to work as one at ensuring that true democracy prevail across the length and breadth of the nation, as the group noted that a peaceful atmosphere is guaranteed under the party.
