OGUNDEJI IROJU RETURNS TO HOUSE

The present Deputy Speaker on the floor of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ogundeji Iroju has won ticket of the All Progressive Congress, (APC) to contest in the forthcoming general election.
Iroju who got the overwhelming support and votes of his people from the Odigbo 1 state constituenty beat other contesting aspirants in the area to clinch the party ticket, under a peaceful,free and fair election conducted in the constituency areas.
The current Deputy Speaker who has done a lot at making life comfortable and giving the dividend of democracy to the people with various degrees of empowerment and life-touching projects in the constituency.
While commenting on the conduct of election in the area, Otunba Adegoroye Taiwo from Ore said election in the area was a peaceful one that was conducted in the presence of Independent National Electoral Commission ( INEC ) officials, security agents and representative of other aspirants.
He noted that five ( 5 ) aspirants contested for the ticket, as Ogundeji Iroju polled the highest number of votes casted at the election to emerged winner,as direct primary was the process of election taken in the area..
In same vein, Hon. Ogunniyi Taiwo corroborate claims that election in Odigbo state constituency 1 was conducted under a peaceful atmosphere and free and fair to all contesting aspirants, without any prejudice.
Adding that, if any person or group of persons laying claims of anything short of that in the just concluded election in the area, saying such people must be mischievous,with attempt at causing crisis in the area. Noting that the people in the areas have vowed to stand by their votes and prevent any attempt to upturned the will of the people in the constituency.
Rt. Hon. Ogundeji Iroju, Deputy Speaker Ondo State House of Assembly, and a one time commissioner for n the state has contributed immensly to the development of the areas, with his down trodden approach to empowerment and care for the less privilege, while he has also contributed to the growth and development of the state.
