SWAN in the State believes that this will be a stepping stone for better and greater achievements for the Ondo State born wrestler and for the benefit of the country as a whole.
Adekuoroye, who becomes the first woman from Nigeria to march into the gold medal final at Senior World Wrestling Championships in addition to her 2014 Commonwealth Gold has made the country proud again in sports.
SWAN in Ondo State will also like to charge other sportsmen and women in Nigeria to emulate Adekuoroye by holding the bull by the horn despite the present paucity of fund, remain focused and bring honours to fatherland Nigeria.
More so, the associtation seek for more support from both public and private sectors, especially the organised private sectors to see the need at supprting sports development in the country as way and means at getting the teeming youths in the country engaged and also distance from vices and social crimes in the society
