SEX : TEENAGER ASSAULT MAN

Lestina Marie Smith, a teenager of  17 is accused of attacking a man of middle age in Saginaw in central  Michigam and forcing him to take part in both vaginal and oral sex with her. 

The teenager is also accused of pinning the man to the ground at knife-point before carrying out the assault on him.

Lestina was arraigned last week Tuesday and charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct  and she is next due in court  February 3rd, 2017.

Sources said if convicted,  the  17-year  old girl could  be sentenced to life in prison. 

She was refused bail and is being held in Saginaw county jail.
